I. Introduction

The Copper Continuous Casting and Rolling Production Line adopts the continuous casting and rolling process to produce bright low-oxygen copper rods, and the raw materials are electrolytic copper or scrap copper.

The Aluminum Continuous Casting and Rolling Production Line adopts the continuous casting and rolling process to produce ordinary aluminum rods and aluminum alloy rods (aluminum-magnesium alloy, aluminum-magnesium-silicon alloy, etc.).

II. Equipment major components and description

1）Melting furnace, holding furnace

The melting furnace is used for melting or refining raw materials and after the liquid raw materials are tested, it is poured into a holding furnace for liquid raw material insulation to ensure an uninterrupted production of the production line.

2）Environmental protection system

The environmental system is used to treat the exhaust soot and smoke from the furnace during production, so that it meets the current environmental requirements.

3）Continuous casting and rolling line

The liquid raw material is cast into a solid by the casting machine and rolled into a round rod by the multi-roll mill.

4）Water cooling system

This system is used for cooling casting machine and rolling mill at work.
