I. Introduction

Copper Wire Annealing and Tin-plating Machine is used for tin-plating copper wire. First anneal the copper wire to soften it, and then tinplate the annealed copper wire. This process can prevent copper wire from being rusty caused by oxidation reduction reaction. It can increase its heat-dissipation ability, further enhance the conductivity and improve the wire’s quality.

This equipment has different models, it can simultaneously annealing and tin-plating the minimum 24 copper wires to the maximum 50 copper wires.
