I. Introduction

Fully Automatic Copper and Aluminum Busbar Stacking & Packaging Production Line is mainly used for copper / aluminum busbar automatically stacking and packing after drawing. The equipment automatically transfers and stacks the copper / aluminum bus-bars after drawing, and automatically pads paper between the bus -bars to prevent scratching the surface of the copper / aluminum bus -bars. It reduces the labor intensity of the workers, guarantees the product quality of the copper / aluminum bus-bar, and improves the working efficiency of the production line.

II. Technical characteristics

By adopting a new type of feeding mechanism, high-speed material transfer arm, automatic positioning lifting stacking system, and automatic paper packaging system, the steps of feeding, transferring, stacking and paper packaging are continuously implemented.

After the copper / aluminum bus-bar transferred to the automatic positioning lifting stacking system, use the automatic paper packaging system for paper packaging to prevent scratching the surface of the copper / aluminum bus-bar.
