I. Introduction

Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace is used for melting copper, brass, bronze, aluminum, aluminum alloy etc.

II. Equipment major components and description

1） Induction furnace

The induction furnace is designed by the principle of electromagnetic induction. The current passes through the resistance of the metal charge, to convert the electrical energy into heat energy and the heat can melt the metal in the molten groove.

2）Hydraulic system

The furnace body is rotated by a hydraulic system to completely pour out the molten copper liquid in the furnace.

3）Electrical control system

It is used to control the temperature of the induction furnace.

4）Temperature control cabinet

The equipment uses a high-precision intelligent temperature sensor to monitor the temperature of the copper liquid in the furnace and the temperature of the inlet and outlet cooling water, in order to monitor the quality of the molten copper and the working situation of the induction furnace.
